In 1990-1997 as the Director of the Central Forensic Laboratory in the Polish National Police Headquarters was responsible for forensic technology projects innovative on the European scale concerning following issues: phonoscopy, forensic genetics, computer crime, automation of dactyloscopic research, drugs, chemical analytical equipment, soil studies, osmology, testing classical documents as well as audio- and video-documents, mechanoscopic equipment, firearms, explosives and radioactive materials. Played ther role od the Vice-Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Council in the Ministry of Interior, member of the Education Council in the Ministry of Interior and the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of the Interior.
Since 1997 has optimized integrated security systems for large business entities in the following security subsystems: legal, business, internal control, risk management, organizational, personal, information (including IT area), physical and technical security, business continuity, classified information and defense matters.
Supervised a huge number of commercial projects in the area of security implemented, among others, for: the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Museum in Warsaw, HypoVereinsbank, Credit Lyonnais Bank, Bertelsmann Media, Turow Coal Mine.
Attended numerous trainings on business management, business entities’ security, internal control and audit, quality systems, risk management, competitive intelligence, project management, legal and IT aspects. He participated in conferences and professional visits in many European countries and in the United States. The author of a patent on chemical catalysis and a manual and about 30 scientific publications in forensics and security. The long-standing lecturer on security management at the Military University of Technology and at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw.
