Graduated from the University of Łódź at the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Police Academy in Szczytno. Attended specialist courses and trainings in the USA, the UK, Germany and in the Netherlands. Completed the High Defense Course in the scope of organization and functioning of the defense and security system of the Republic of Poland at the National Defense University. In 1980 entered Police forces. Dealt with the problems of economic, drug-related and organized crimes.

Graduated from the University of Szczecin at the Faculty of Law of Administration, the Police Academy in Szczytno and Technical University of Łódź. From March 2009 till deputy commander in chief of the Polish Police. Appraiser of the Polish Chamber of Security on: protection of persons and property, security management, security consultancy.

Mirosław Skonieczny

Partner in the Security Agency Rapacki & Partners Ltd. Partnership. Economist. Graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Retired Police inspector, in 1997-2007 the Director of the Cabinet of the Polish Police Commander in Chief. He supervised legal, HR, training and international cooperation policy in the Police nationwide. He was the representative of the Polish Police at international level, i.a.: in European Police College (CEPOL) in Bramshill, the United Kingdom.

Has practical skills and knowledge related to physical security systems management and operational control of security services.

Zbigniew Ruszkowski (PhD)

He graduated from master's and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan and post-graduate studies in Law and Forensics at the Academy of Internal Affairs. He has the state qualifications of a forensic expert on physicochemical and explosive materials.
