In 2012-2016 he was responsible for the implementation of nearly 80 projects concerning business security aspects for domestic companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, foreign entities and international corporations.
He has an extensive experience in managing personal, business and general security at the national and international level. In 2005-2007 director of the Tactics and Combating Crime Department and then the director of the Criminal Bureau, responsible for fighting against cybercrimes, criminal, economic and corruption crimes in Poland. In 2007 - 2008 the operations director at Orlen Ochrona Sp. z o.o.. In 2008-2009 the director of the Public Security Department in The Ministry of Interior and Administration.
He participated in numerous foreign study visits and internship programs concerning management and combating organized crime, including: in 2005 an internship program - Criminal Training Assistance Program in Wilmington University and Police units in Charlotte in North Carolina (USA), in 2006 and individual training in the College of Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University in Texas (USA), in 2011 the Leadership and management in law-enforcement training program organised by Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Science in University of New Haven in Connecticut (USA). He completed the High Defence Course in the organization and functioning of the defense and security system of the Republic of Poland at the National Security Department of the National Defense University in Warsaw. He chaired the Program Council of the International Trade of Technology Solutions for the Police Services and National Security Services — EUROPOLTECH 2009 and International Trade of Technology Solutions for the Police Services and National Security Services — EUROPOLTECH 2011.
